Auditors'/Annual Reports
Auditors'/Annual Reports were originally financial and statistical reports relating to membership and Association benefits. The format changed little, except that over time it became more discursive, with increasing space devoted to reports of conferences, correspondence from members and details of districts and firms in dispute.
Statistical material in tabular form includes:

- Amounts paid to General Fund by district with contributing members named
- Names of members joining (with age recorded), deceased or excluded
- Annual return of sick, accident and superannuation benefit paid by district (with names of beneficiaries, type of benefit and sum granted)
- Names of deceased members and wives listed by district, with age, details of physical complaint and sum granted
- Cumulative annual table from 1862 to the present of numbers ofmembers, various types of benefit (funeral, sickness, accident, travelling, trade privileges, superannuation) paid with global sums involved and cost of benefit per member. Also donations to other societies.
