• Attendance at EC meetings
• Number of members by branch ( about 100 branches) according to category of membership
• Statements by surgeons in respect of accident claims
• Lists of names and addresses of branch secretaries and location of meeting hall
• Lists of names and addresses of branch presidents
• Income from branches
• Expenditures of general office
• Income and expenditure by branch
• Audit/comments on general and branch accounts
• Names of new members with their membership number by branch
• Lists of excluded members and reason for exclusion (mostly arrears)
• Lists of members dying, date of death, age at death and cause of death - by
• branch
• Voting record of branches on propositions submitted for membership referendum
• Report of auxiliary fund (strike/lockout fund)
• Summary of industrial disputes by branch
• Auxiliary fund income and expenditure by branch
